Corporate accounts are now under maintenance and will soon be issued exclusively to businesses per updated banking guidelines. Individual users will transition to Premium and Starter accounts.

For those previously on Corporate accounts, we’re providing a unique offer: you’ll be upgraded to a Premium+ account. While this account usually costs UGX 2,000,000, we’ll contribute UGX 1,000,000 to your upgrade fee. Your Corporate account balance will be transferred to the Premium+ account, which you can withdraw immediately upon activation. Additionally, we will refund the UGX 400,000 previously paid as security for Corporate accounts.

1. Visit the Upctox registration page: https://upctox.com/user/register.

2. Register a new account for the premium+ tier.

3. Use the same details as your corporate account during registration:

Username: Match your corporate account username exactly.

Email address: Use the same email as your corporate account.

Phone number: Enter the same phone number linked to your corporate account.

Full Name: Ensure your name matches the one registered on your corporate account.

1. Complete the KYC verification process for your premium+ account.

2. Use the same documents submitted for your corporate account to ensure consistency.

1. Contact the Upctox support team via your corporate account and provide the following details:

1. Corporate account username.

2. Premium+ account username.

3. Request for funds to be transferred between the accounts.

2. Our team will validate the account details to confirm the same ownership.

1. Once your premium+ account is activated, the support team will facilitate the transfer of funds from your corporate account to the premium+ account.

1. Ensure that the details on both accounts match exactly to avoid delays in the verification process.

2. Transfers can only occur after proper verification and activation of your premium+ account.

3. Premium+ accounts come with additional fees and benefits compared to corporate accounts.
