Please note that refund requests for expired transaction IDs submitted and expired after 4 hours of the transaction expiration time can not be refunded as we cant access the funds once transaction id expred. Additionally, users are required to upload payment transaction IDs for deposit transactions within 4 hours for the deposit to reflect in their account.

2. Unclaimed Funds: If the funds are not claimed within the 60-day period, they will be transferred to our PayPal Hold account. This transfer is to ensure the funds are securely managed until the user claims them.

3. Immediate Release: If the funds are claimed within the initial 60-day period, they will be released to the user’s account immediately, allowing for swift access and use.

4. Delayed Release: For funds claimed after the 60-day period, there will be a waiting period of 180 days in accordance with PayPal’s policy. After this period, the funds will be released to the user’s account.
