Dear Upctox Users from Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda,
We would like to inform you that, as per the regulations set by the Central Banks of Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda, all users are encouraged to update your Biometrics to your account with immediate effect.
Upgrade Fees:
- Uganda: $25
- Kenya: $200
- Rwanda: $150
Members are required to pay these fees for the upgrade to be completed. Please note that if you do not upgrade biometrics account, you will not be able to trade, deposit, or withdraw money until this regulation is fulfilled.
Additionally, there will be limits imposed on deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposit Limit: $100,000
- Withdrawal Limit: $500,000
Requirements for the Update!
1. Passport photo
2. National identity card or Any government issued id.
3. Thumbprint (ink on white paper and take a clear picture)
Once we receive these documents and the payment, we will bind them to your account.
Please take the necessary steps to upgrade your account to ensure compliance with these regulations and to avoid any interruptions in your transactions.
