We’re excited to announce the release of Starter Account Version 3.1, which brings new features and updates to enhance your experience. This version includes several important improvements designed to streamline your transactions and improve support access. Here’s what’s new:
Key Updates in Starter Account Version 3.1:
Multiple Withdrawals: Now you can enjoy the convenience of multiple withdrawals, giving you more control and flexibility over your funds.
Faster Support Response: We’ve upgraded support ticket response times from 6 hours to 3 hours, ensuring quicker assistance whenever you need help.
Automatic Withdrawals for Self-Trade Amounts: Automated withdrawals are now available for funds accumulated through self-trading, making it easier for you to manage and access your earnings.
Increased Minimum Investment: The minimum investment amount has been updated from 300,000 UGX to 500,000 UGX, allowing for better earning potential and investment growth.
Lower Minimum Withdrawal: We’ve decreased the minimum withdrawal threshold from 1,000,000 UGX to 200,000 UGX, giving you more flexibility with smaller withdrawals.
Mandatory Update Requirement:
To continue using your Starter account and accessing these improvements, updating to Version 3.1 is mandatory. The previous version is no longer supported and will not process transactions.
How to Update:
To upgrade to Starter Account Version 3.1, please contact our Customer Support team. Our representatives will assist you with the manual update process as per Upctox policies.
Update Fees:
The upgrade to Version 3.1 is processed manually, and an update fee applies:
$50 for accounts with at least one prior contract withdrawal.
$90 for accounts that have not made any withdrawals.
After payment, your account will be upgraded, and you’ll receive a Starter Account Upgrade Number to confirm the update and ensure seamless access to all services.
